No, but you can be. Again, we service ANYONE. Your association is of no concern to us.

What type of documents can be recorded with National Notice Record record?

We record just about whatever. Just be advised that we have the final say on what will be publicly recorded on our platform.

Can you help me with my Status Correction?

We can record the documents relative to those processes, but we do not offer any assistance with any of that, OUTSIDE of recording your documents on the public record.

In what format am I allowed to record on National Notice Record?

Documents must be provided to us in PDF format.

What isn’t allowed to be recorded?

• We DO NOT allow the recording of medical records and social security numbers.
• We DO NOT allow the recording of adult sexual content.
• We DO NOT allow the recording of a minor child’s court records.
• We DO NOT allow the recording of Government-classified documents. This is NOT Wikileaks, and we do not wish to be in Eric Snowden’s perceived position.
• We DO NOT allow the recording of criminal acts, unless the recording of said criminal acts are in the pursuit of justice.

Does National Notice Record offer legal services?

No.

Am I waiving any rights by recording anything on this site?

We have no intention on getting you to waive any rights whatsoever. However, depending on the contents of which you’re recording on this site, you may be waiving some rights by making the contents available to the public. Therefore, be sure you want to make whatever you’re considering recording with us available to the public. For whatever it is worth, we do have the final say on what is recorded on this platform. If we feel it is best for all parties that we not record a specific piece of your content, we will not record it.

They are original copies. The original holder in due course remains the original holder in due course.
