If you fail to send us your documents in the proper format and layout within 30 days from the date of payment, then you will not be eligible for a refund, and must provide us with the documents that you need recorded, as the instructions on how to proceed were provided to you before and/or immediately after purchase via email. You are responsible for getting us the proper documentation in the proper format and layout within the 30-day time frame. Such delay on the recording shall be your responsibility.
